  Apperantly the new owners of this location do not hold themselves to the same standards as other locations or the previous owners.. I've been a Baldinos fan my entire life and to spend almost $20 on a family sub WITH DOUBLE MEAT and get less meat than your supposed to get on a regular sandwich is a bit ridiculous! Not to mention the condiments requested were wrong! And what's worse, when you call to let them know they don't even know the menu and argue with you about what YOU ordered!! The manager very obviously didn't care! Worst customer service I've experienced in long time! Maybe it's just bad management but I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and I will NOT be going back again!

  Amazing experience here, They were so nice and made my sandwich perfect!! Every time I come back home I try and stop by Baldinos!! Love it, best sub place period!!
