  I cannot count the number of times the ice cream machine is broken at this McDonald's. It was broken AGAIN today during lunch. Highly recommend that management gets a new machine or takes steps to ensure it's maintained properly.

  A+ atmosphere and building. However, order was not rung up correctly. No ketchup in lobby. Charges for tap water.

  I ordered a chocolate milkshake, the girl said that she doesnt know if it works while staring at me. I asked her okay well can you check and she went to go ask. Shouldve done that without me asking. Came back and said yes, what kind? I told her chocolate. When ready, she gave me a vanilla shake. I asked her where the chocolate was and she said "idk why it came out like that, i pressed chocolate" and walked off.... so i came back to my table to try it, maybe it was just not colored brown... no, completely vanilla. So i bring it back. And they tried it a couple times in front of me, and it wasnt working so i said ill be at my table eating and waiting... she brought another one out the same exact way... ; vanilla. I said "this is the best yall can do?" She turned around as walking off rudely "huh?" But not wanting me to repeat so she didnt have to deal with it. If its not working, give me something else as i did 'pay' for it or offer a refund. Horrible, lazy, rude, and unattentive customer service. And every table in lobby was filthy. I had to clean the table myself.

  Cashier didn't smile, didn't ask me for here or to go, ask if it was a meal...nothing. I walked up, gave my order, she gave me my total.
  Now, if you're going to work in customer service, WORK. Smile, be friendly, be pleasant. You don't have to have a full on conversation with someone, but a smile and have a great day goes a long way.
  Food was cold, and it took roughly 10 minutes from it to come out. People after me were getting their food first.
  I did however say something to the manager.
  Thank goodness we were just passing through. I won't come here again.
